Cradle of Design has chosen not to be an employer in the old-school sense of the word. We prefer to be an enabler.
In short;
- You work under your own legal entity
- You submit 3 works + a link to your online portfolio
- Our ‘judges’ will determine the people selected
- You will receive your login and password
- Let the games begin.
A bit longer, Cradle of Design will ‘hire’ you on a temporary project basis. The idea to work in this way is that we believe independence is one of the key factors in maintaining a constant eagerness for self-development and will enable you to establish your name more effectively. Besides that we prefer to be a small-sized, low-overhead company, that is able to maintain personal relationships, on- and offline, with all stakeholders in the company.
On the other hand, being an enabler, we do provide you with some assistance in sorting our the the ‘official mumbo-jumbo’. We have an agreement with SLK Accountancy, who will offer you a package that takes care of tax-payments, base-administration and (financially related) legal advice.
